Workspace features
Review automation and work together.
Open a Space to find Automation and Shared sessions. Automation belongs to the Space owner. Shared sessions follow current accepted collaborator permissions.
Open your SpacesFile unfiled memories
In an owned active Space, choose Automation. Filing starts off. Enable suggestions for review or automatic filing and select included entities or memory types, with optional exclusions. Rules inspect your unfiled active or uncertain memories; they do not move material from other Spaces or recreate a membership you removed.
Filing requires a private Space with no active or pending collaborators. Sharing pauses it. Suggestions alone grant no access; accepting one creates a membership. Changing a rule invalidates older pending suggestions. Matching uses deterministic rules without a model call.
Review retention
Enable retention separately and choose a review age. Review mode queues suggestions without changing visibility. Automatic mode leaves a proposal pending for seven days, then rechecks the current memory, evidence, importance, ownership and sharing. Only unpinned eligible memories in that one private unshared Space can be archived automatically. Confirmed facts and permanent event, experience and observation memories are excluded.
You can accept or dismiss a suggestion. Manually accepting retention archives the memory across every Space and default search; the review shows this effect. Archiving preserves history. Restore is available while the exact archived revision remains current. Older retention settings never enable this workflow on their own.
Ask together in a shared session
- The Space owner opens Shared sessions and creates an empty session.
- Share its link with accepted collaborators. Viewers can read; editors and the owner can save a shared prompt and ask.
- One assistant run works at a time. Saved prompts and answers show who contributed them. Drafts use versions to avoid overwriting somebody else's changes.
- The running contributor can steer their prompt, discarding its unfinished response. The owner can stop a run or close the session. Closing keeps history readable to current collaborators.
The assistant reads only evidence in the selected Space under the requesting person's current permissions and shared discussion. It has no account, email or browser tools in this mode. Access is checked throughout a run and before publishing its answer; revocation or closure prevents stale results from appearing.
Live updates poll while the page is visible for two minutes, then offer Resume live updates. Refresh is always available. AI generation and query embeddings use the shared budget and are attributed to the contributor requesting the run.
Watch external API documentation
API watches keep a reviewed public baseline for a project Space, check manually or daily, and can notify you about pending changes when enabled. Open a watch to compare old and new text, review a documented contract change and copy a command to find potential local repository usages.
